WFB Climate Committee Bumper Sticker Slogan Contest

Let’s Hear it: Send in Your Best Slogan Today!

In an effort to raise awareness of the detrimental impact that additional regulations and unnecessary legislation would have on agriculture, the WFB Climate Change Advisory Committee is seeking bumper sticker slogans.

Research has proven that climate change is a naturally occurring, cyclical phenomenon, not something that is man-made or exponentially impacted by cow flatulence. As such, it is up to the farmers and ranchers who will continue to be negatively impacted by this false science to tell the real story.

The goal of the contest is to gather a diverse collection of slogans, as well as to choose the slogan that best represents this issue. The winning slogan will be used to create bumper stickers which will be distributed at key Farm Bureau events.

As always, don’t use anything you don’t have the rights to. This includes official slogans already used in other campaigns.

The Process
If you’ve got a great idea for a slogan that you think would work well on a bumper sticker, send it in! We want to hear from you!

E-mail your phrase to: contest@wsfb.com. Remember, your slogan has to fit on a bumper sticker. So, keep it short! We recommend 7 words or less.

WFB Climate Change Advisory Committee and staff will review all entries. The top slogans (as determined by the panel of judges) will then be posted on the WFB Facebook page where people can cast votes for their favorites.

Deadlines for slogan submission is October 15, 2010
Submissions will be posted on Facebook for voting by October 20, 2010
Final votes must be placed by October 26, 2010
