Washington Farm Bureau members receive a discount on the Life Flight Network Membership plans.

That’s where Life Flight Network can provide great value to you and your family. Life Flight Network can quickly dispatch an emergency transport team, bringing the ICU to you. When you’re a member, there’s absolutely no cost for medically necessary emergent flights.
Life Flight Network Membership Plans
- Annual Air WFB members pay $65 saving you $10 per year.
- 2 years Air ($140) – WFB members pay $120 saving you $20 for the plan.
- 5 years Air ($325) – WFB members pay $300 saving you $25 for the plan.
- Lifetime Air ($1,200) – WFB members pay $1,100 or 275 per year for 4 consecutive years.
Farm Bureau discounts are not offered online, they must be applied over the phone or sent via mail.
