Women’s Leadership Committee

Empower. Engage. Equip.
The Washington Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Committee is committed to empowering, engaging, and equipping women to lead in agriculture, their communities, and beyond. Rooted in the Washington Farm Bureau mission, we recognize the essential role women play in shaping the future of farming, ranching, and agricultural life.
Our committee cultivates meaningful connections through networking events, leadership development, and community-based programs. We provide a platform where women can share their stories, support one another, and grow as influential voices for agriculture. Whether you’re on the farm, in the boardroom, or working in policy, there’s a place for you here.
Through workshops, mentorship, outreach, and statewide events, we create opportunities for women to build confidence, sharpen skills, and form lasting relationships with fellow agricultural leaders. Together, we strengthen the voice of women in agriculture – amplifying our collective impact in our communities, across Washington and the nation.
