Washington Farm Bureau seeks a mission-driven and experienced non-profit business and
agricultural community leader who strives for excellence in executing strategic plans through
leadership of successful business practices and a team of highly skilled and motivated staff.
Reporting to the WFB Board of Directors and working closely with the President to formulate plans that achieve organizational goals, the CEO will be responsible for growing an impactful organization that serves the members at all levels of agriculture. Ensuring an organizational focus on (1) identifying needs and promoting interests of members; (2) fostering and promoting a favorable political climate for agriculture; (3) recommending appropriate policies and governance tactics to elected WFB and county leaders; (4) assuring member policies are executed by staff while increasing member engagement; and (5) overseeing management, operations, budget and staff of the WFB Federation and affiliated companies.
