Washington Farm Bureau (WFB) is the state’s most effective farm organization serving farmer and rancher members through programs and advocacy that strengthen the future of agriculture. 

The WFB team currently has two openings. Positions will open until filled. 

The Governmental Affairs Coordinator will join a dynamic team of professionals supporting the largest agricultural organization in Washington. By collaborating with and supporting the Governmental Affairs team as a lobbyist, researcher, writer, policy development trainer while supporting efforts to grow the WFB PAC and Legal Foundation, the GA Coordinator will play a key role in strengthening Washington Farm Bureau and the state’s critical agricultural community. With a focus on assisting members in achieving their grassroots policies and priorities, the GA Coordinator will be a leader in expanding the voices of all types of farmers, ranchers and agricultural businesses. The GA Coordinator is expected to be available throughout the Legislative Session working with members and legislators to ensure the voice of members through approved policies is clearly articulated.

The Communications Director will join a dynamic team of Communications & Marketing professionals who amplify the voice of Washington agriculture and Farm Bureau. The Comms Director will work collaboratively with all WFB departments to develop and execute successful communication strategies that further the mission of the organization and interests of the members. Included in this focus is communicating WFB’s key legislative and program initiatives to farmers and ranchers, supporting members, legislators and non members alike. In growing the success of the organization, the Comms Director will be a leader who ensures clear, cohesive, and effective delivery of messaging to maximize WFB membership value.
