Washington Farm Bureau is proud to connect farmers with Feeding Washington to provide food to communities in need across Washington.
Feeding the Northwest, based in Spokane, sources fresh produce, protein and dairy for its Washington food bank partners Second Harvest (Spokane/Pasco) and Food Lifeline (Seattle). Together their network is comprised of more than 475 food banks across the state. Currently, Feeding the Northwest is looking to procure large volumes of Agri-Foods for the fall and winter months
“We’re honored to earn the support of many grower, packer and shippers across Washington state’s diverse agriculture landscape. We are grateful for their generosity and our ability to showcase and share the beautiful crops that are cultivated in our state,” said Rod Wieber, Executive Director of Feeding the Northwest.
