Today’s farm and ranch families face increasing regulatory and legal threats. These pressures endanger their livelihood, diminish their capacity to produce quality local food, and hinder their ability to pass their farm on to the next generation.
The Solution
WFB’s Legal Foundation is designed to respond to these challenges by spearheading fundraising efforts and developing creative legal approaches to effectively protect Washington agriculture. This is achieved by coordinating research, education and legal efforts with key allies.
