Suzanne is a 2012 and 2015 graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where she completed an undergraduate degree in Animal Science and Mass Communications and a graduate degree in Strategic Leadership.  Suzanne grew-up in California and also attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo where she started her formal agricultural and communications education.

“I have always had a passion for all-things agriculture, and from as early as I can remember, I have wanted to immerse myself in the agriculture experience and tell its story to all who would listen,” Suzanne said.  “You see, I was not one of the fortunate ones to grow up on a family farm; I was a suburban girl with a country heart and soul; I did everything I could to get around the agricultural industry and lifestyle particularly on friends’ cattle and horse farms.”

Suzanne brings fifteen years of professional experiences to WFB in various communications and business settings as well as in animal and plant agriculture.

She resides in Tumwater with her 17-year-old son Tyger and 15-year-old daughter, Destiny whom she homeschooled for three years. Tyger & Destiny have moved on from homeschooling and are students at Black Hills High School in Tumwater. Suzanne has a passion for gardening, reading, sports of all kinds, Morgan horses and raises Exotic Shorthair cats for fun.

We are so excited to welcome Suzanne to WFB and can’t wait to see what she will accomplish.
